Terms of Service

LawnBills is provided by Viking Lawn Care LLC. These terms govern your use of LawnBills. By subscribing or using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to operate the connected Yardbook account and process its invoices and payments.

Service

LawnBills provides browser-based automation that works alongside Yardbook. Yardbook remains the system of record. LawnBills is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yardbook.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing setup information, keeping account information current, obtaining customer authorization for communications and card-on-file charges, maintaining a compatible Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer and internet connection, and reviewing exceptions reported by the service.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal at any time from Subscription → Manage or cancel subscription in the LawnBills web app. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: service remains available through that period and the next renewal will not be charged. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment.

The seven-day refund policy applies only to a customer’s first LawnBills purchase and may be used once. A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of that first charge. Submitting a refund request immediately cancels the subscription, ends LawnBills access, pauses scheduled automation, and prevents further use while the request is reviewed. Re-subscribing after a refund does not create a new refund allowance. Renewals and all payments made after the one-time allowance are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To prevent repeated refund abuse, LawnBills may associate the used refund allowance with the customer account, business email, Stripe customer, and approved computer. LawnBills does not receive or use the local Yardbook username for refund eligibility.

Automation safeguards

LawnBills is designed to stop when it detects unexpected behavior. No automation can guarantee uninterrupted operation when third-party websites, account permissions, payment services, or internet connections change.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawnBills is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. You remain responsible for final billing oversight and compliance with applicable laws and customer agreements.
